Hello friends and fam. I'm here to promote my business today. As I reenter the world of private practice, I am increasing my offerings and have paneled with more insurances. I am putting this on my personal page knowing that I cannot be a therapist to any of you but that many of you are q***r or allied, love nature, and identify with counterculture and alternative lifestyles. Here goes...
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and also an approved clinical supervisor in the state of Washington. My passions include Ecotherapy and EMDR. I am also a certified psychedelic assisted therapist which means I can do psychedelic integration therapy and am a safe and understanding therapist when discussing experiences with altered states of consciousness. Additionally, I include a whole body approach to therapy that includes incorporating healthy lifestyle practices and self-care. I can provide therapy through telehealth or in-person for nature-based sessions if you reside in Lewis county. I enjoy working with adult women, our lgbtqia2s+ community, and alternative lifestylers.
Recently, I have realized that many of the clients I would love to work with are the ones who shun that 9-5, ladder climbing lifestyle so they don't have the good insurance. I have decided to credential with Medicaid so I can bring my alternative but also very evidenced based way of doing therapy to more in my community. Right now I am in network with Coordinated Care and will be in network with Molina starting March 3rd. I am also in network with Premera, Aetna, Cigna (Evernorth), First Choice EAP, Curalink EAP, and Regence (I am credentialed but having difficulties with their system).
Unfortunately, I cannot see you, your partner, roommate, children or anyone that could cause a dual relationship. I could see your friends or distant relatives who do not live with you and the presenting issues have nothing to do with you. I follow all HIPPA laws and follow the AAMFT code of ethics in my practice.

Hike and Heal - Spring 2025 - Starts March 21st, 2025. This is a 6-Week Ecotherapy Group Limited to 6 women. The group will include mindful hiking on trails in Lewis and Thurston Counties to experience a connection to nature and how nature can be an ally in healing.
