Join us for a FREE Community Running Workshop on Saturday, April 11 from 11:00-12:00 at My Recovery Spa.

Whether you're just getting started or you're a seasoned runner, this workshop is designed for all levels. Learn how to prevent common running injuries, safely ease into a running routine, or optimize your performance so you can keep doing what you love pain free-free.

This session will be led by Lauren Getz, PT, DPT, who brings extensive experience working with orthopedic conditions and athletes of all levels.

We are excited to welcome to our April 11th Recovery Event. FREE DAY PASS to with any IV purchase. They will be joining us from 9am-3pm and will be offering IV Therapies starting at $75 along with information about their other services including Hormone Therapy, Peptides, and GLP-1 services.

Our Hot Tub is now available for booking again along with Cold Plunge Room 8! We are still waiting on some parts for Cold Plunge Room 7. As long as the replacement parts function well this weekend, that room will be bookable again by Monday! As always, thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Cold Plunge Room 8 along with the Hot Tub are back in working order and ready to be booked! We are still waiting on additional parts for Cold Plunge Room 7 that were knocked out during the power surge last week. As long as the replacement parts were performed well this weekend, that room will also be bookable by Monday! As always, thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

That power surge last week was a doozy, but it looks like are mostly over the hump! Cold plunge room 8 and the hot tub should be bookable again starting tomorrow as long as we don’t have any hiccups during testing today. Cold plunge room 7 is still down at this time, and I’m doing my best to get that back up and running as soon as possible. Thank you all for your patience and we are very sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced due to the power surge issue we had last week and the fallout since.

You can still book sauna, red light therapy, and our private gym! Sorry for the inconvenience as we get this resolved. The electrician is expected to have our cold plunge and hot tub up and running by tomorrow evening, so those will be bookable for Saturday as usual.
