The Woman Who Carried Transformations
“She does not seek to escape the earth—
she learns how to rise within it,
the way a song lifts without leaving the throat.
Every change she wears
was once a wound,
every wing a scar
that forgot how to ache.
The old ones say she was not born to fly,
but to remind the sky
why it bothers to stay open.
She walks between breaths,
where endings soften into beginnings,
where the smallest life
can repaint the world
without ever raising its voice.
Those who understand do not follow her—
they simply listen,
for she is the quiet lesson
that transformation is not escape,
but remembrance
of what we were before we learned to fear the chrysalis.”
