Over the past several months, I’ve been diving deep into the science of cellular healing, inflammation, fascia repair, and lymphatic health.

Many of you know that my passion is helping people understand what is actually happening inside their bodies — not just treating symptoms, but supporting real recovery and function.

Because of that, I’m excited to share that B3 Massage & Wellness is now offering peptide therapy education.

I’ve partnered with trusted research and medical /tele-health platforms that Ive researched in depth and spent many hours figuring out who, what, when, where and how!!

These partnerships allow me to help guide my clients toward reputable sources and medically supervised options when appropriate.

Peptides are being studied for their potential roles in supporting:
