We're looking for a seasoned lineman ready to take the next step. If you've got 10+ years of journeyman line experience and a reputation built on hard work and integrity — we want to talk.

- The Role:
You'll be responsible for verifying and inspecting overhead and underground distribution line construction projects across S Central and SE Columbus, OH — including Steubenville, Athens, Chillicothe, and Marietta. You'll ensure every job meets standards, specs, and safe work practices, and you'll review project invoices to make sure billing matches what's happening in the field.

This is where it started. One truck. A small, tight-knit crew. Long days on the road and weeks at a time in North Carolina, doing whatever it took to get the job done and take care of our people. These were the very first Victory guys—laying the foundation for everything that came next.

Now:
From those early days, Victory Powerline Services has grown into a team of 80+ people, supported by a strong leadership group and a fleet built to serve communities across the regions we work in today.
