Victory Powerline Services is looking for experienced Safety Oversight professionals to join our growing team. We have two openings:

- Distribution Safety Oversight — Oversee safety compliance on distribution-level projects. You'll be embedded with crews in the field, ensuring every task gets done right and everyone goes home safe.
- Transmission & Substation Safety Oversight — Manage safety protocols across high-voltage transmission and substation operations. This role demands deep knowledge of energized work procedures, clearance protocols, and site-specific hazard mitigation.
What we're looking for:

→ Proven field experience in utility safety oversight
→ Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and utility-specific safety protocols

We're looking for a seasoned lineman ready to take the next step. If you've got 10+ years of journeyman line experience and a reputation built on hard work and integrity — we want to talk.

- The Role:
You'll be responsible for verifying and inspecting overhead and underground distribution line construction projects across S Central and SE Columbus, OH — including Steubenville, Athens, Chillicothe, and Marietta. You'll ensure every job meets standards, specs, and safe work practices, and you'll review project invoices to make sure billing matches what's happening in the field.

In 2016, everything changed.

A utility gave Victory its first real opportunity. Victory started with one safety professional in North Carolina.

• That one man became 10
• Then 10 became 25

Someone had finally taken a chance—and Victory was ready.

We’re proud to recognize Terry McArdle, a Veteran whose service reminds us that impact isn’t always loud — but it’s always meaningful.

From serving in the U.S. Army, Army Reserve, and Army National Guard to supporting soldiers through medical operations, counseling, and care, Terry’s work strengthened readiness and took care of people when they needed it most. That legacy of service continues today through her family — and through the dedication she brings to Victory every day.
