The issues lie in the tissues! Body movement helps release the stress that is stored in our bodies, accumulated from previous energetic exchanges with others and maybe even ourselves that were stressful. My belief is that sometimes we don’t even realize how much this is happening, until we start to feel the effects much later.

Join us Sunday evening from 6 to 7 PM at The CREW, for an open level yoga class! Our theme this week is “Smile!”
We will be building strength in short holds of postures, and bringing a smile to our face in the process! You have the option to sign up for just one drop in class for the cost of $15, or to buy the group of three sessions (11/2, 11/9, and 11/16) that I’m offering here this month on this day and time for $38. Would you rather practice in the morning? I’m also offering Tuesday mornings from 8 to 9 AM for the first three Tuesdays in November (11/4, 11/11, and 11/18), and those classes can be purchased as a single session, or the group of three for the same prices.
