Spring Break has officially arrived and we came up one coach short for Friday. That means 8:30am class is canceled, but the other three classes are running as normal and we’d love to see you there!

No spring break for motivation though — we still expect to see everyone getting their workout in. And don’t forget… Saturday at 8am! 💪
