We are exactly ONE WEEK away from our Testimony & Fundraising event!

Please don’t let the pressure of feeling like you need to donate inhibit you from attending. This event will be a great opportunity to learn more about what we do at GCL Ministries, why we are different from other counseling organizations, and how we could potentially serve you and your local church. You’ll get to hear from our board, past clients, pastors, and other ministry leaders!

We are just a couple of weeks away from our Testimony & Fundraising Event! If you plan on attending, please sign-up via the link in our bio so that we know how many people to prepare for.

As we have been praying and planning through this event, we are excited and hopeful for what God will do. You can expect to hear personal testimonies from married couples, individuals, ministry leaders, and pastors about how God has used GCL to help those in need.

It will be an evening of celebrating what God has done, praying for what God will do in the future, and envisioning those who would like to learn more and partner with us in our various ministries as we enjoy some yummy desserts and hot drinks.

Trials can feel overwhelming, but they are never pointless. God is at work even in the hardest moments, shaping us, strengthening our faith, and drawing us closer to Him. We can trust that His purposes are always good.

Joy to the World was written by Isaac Watts as a poem based on Psalm 98. It wasn’t intended to become a Christmas carol, but now it’s one of the most well-known Christmas carols of all time. For the Christian, a proclamation of “Joy to World” is not just for Christmastime - it’s for all time. For every groggy morning, for every rushed commute to work, for the discouraged, the weary, the grieving, the lonely and depressed. At Christmas, we specifically celebrate this joy that came to earth as a baby, but it’s a joy that far surpasses a season of the year. It’s a joy that penetrates darkness with light, brings hope to the hopeless, and peace to those who worry.
