Laughter Wellness with Karen Laughter Wellness is a wonderfully healing tool for living your life to the fullest, with joy, excitement and enthusiasm! It truly is healing.

Laughter Wellness is a whole body, well-being workout that integrates Laughter Yoga exercises and the power of breath, movement, sound and engaging activities to promote a healthy, joyful and vibrant life. There are no yoga poses and you don't need to be flexible or funny. The yogic part of it is the breath work. Some of the many health benefits of Laughter Wellness include:

• balances your blood pressure
• boosts your immune system
• boosts creativity
• relieves depression
• can shift your mental and emotional perspective
