Pro Bono Short-Term Couples Therapy Opportunity:

I am currently offering 1x pro bono, short-term virtual couples therapy spot for a couple interested in intentional, structured relationship work.
Details:
* Format: 6–8 virtual sessions
* Approach: Focused exclusively on the Imago Dialogue process
* Availability: Weekdays only, mornings and early afternoons
* Cost: No fee (pro bono)
* Time-Limited Commitment: Both partners must be willing to attend consistently for the full 6–8 sessions
* Must be North Carolina based
This offering is ideal for couples who:
* Are motivated to improve communication
* Are willing to engage in structured dialogue work
* Can commit to consistent weekday daytime availability
* Are open to learning and practicing the Imago Dialogue process both in and outside of session

The Imago Dialogue is a highly structured communication model designed to increase safety, deepen understanding, and reduce reactivity between partners. These sessions will focus specifically on building and practicing this skill.

Our office does not currently offer biofeedback, but we very much believe in it and feel it can offer tremendous relief. It does amazing things with ADHD and with helping your brain move anxiety out faster. We would not recommend just anyone but these folks are doing good work with some our clients.
