We are launching a small group strength class designed specifically for runners, and we are hosting a FREE pilot week starting March 18.

This class focuses on the strength, stability, and movement patterns that help runners stay healthy and perform better.

Pilot week schedule:

- Wednesday โ€“ 7 AM & 5 PM
- Friday โ€“ 8 AM
