I hope this message finds you well and in good spirits. Please be advised that our office is closed today, Wednesday, December 24, 2025 through Sunday, December 28, 2025, in observance of the Christmas Holiday.

Our Office Staff, Jashae, Jovanna, and Mykinsey, will return on Monday, December 29, 2025 at 8:00 AM (CST) and will respond to all voicemails, messages, and emails at that time.

Your Mental Health Clinician will maintain all appointments during this time, unless directly communicated to you otherwise.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so through your usual method (text, call & leave a voice message, or email). For emergencies, please contact 911 or go to your nearest hospital or Emergency Room.

Our office phone is unmonitored during our time away. However, you may direct message your Mental Health Clinician through the Client Portal message area if an immediate response is needed.

📣 Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluations Available

Did you know that Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) can be an important part of mental health support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other emotional or psychological conditions?

Our practice is pleased to offer Emotional Support Animal (ESA) Evaluations for clients—and for family members or friends who may be in need.

🐾 What is an Emotional Support Animal (ESA)?

An ESA is an animal that provides comfort and emotional support to an individual with a qualifying mental health condition. ESAs are different from service animals and do not require specialized training.

🐾 Important ESA Facts:

✔️ Individuals with a valid ESA letter are not required to pay pet fees or pet rent under the Fair Housing Act (housing providers must make reasonable accommodations).
✔️ ESAs can help reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma.
✔️ ESAs are allowed in housing that may otherwise have “no-pet” policies.
❌ ESAs do not have public access rights (such as entry into stores or restaurants) like service animals.
📝 How It Works

ESA evaluations are completed by a licensed mental health professional and are based on a thorough clinical assessment to determine medical necessity.
