👁️ Team Spotlight: Meet Lisa! 👁️
We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Lisa, one of our incredible team members here at The Eye Center!
Lisa began her journey in healthcare at Ascension Hospital in Sterile Processing, where she gained valuable surgical experience. Through a friend of a friend, she was introduced to The Eye Center’s office manager — and when the team was looking for a tech with surgical expertise, she took the leap into eye care! The rest, as they say, is history.
Her passion? Surgery! From scheduling and educating patients before their procedures to assisting the surgeons in the operating room, Lisa loves every step of the process. Her favorite part of the job is seeing patients’ joy when their vision improves — “Seeing the patient seeing better makes my heart happy!”

📍 Born in Elkhorn, WI, lived in Kenosha, and has called Racine home since 3rd grade
👩👧 Proud mom of two beautiful daughters and “Grammy” to her favorite person — her grandson, Kai
🎳 Loves spending time with family and friends, bowling, cheering for the Brewers and Packers, and — of course — catching up on sleep!
