Remember: If you can see it in the future, you can bring it to the present.

If you don’t believe me, look at where you were 14 years ago and compare where you are now (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually) for confirmation.

This is divine timing.

Message: For the homies who feel heavy right now, know that the energy you feel is by design.

It is important to do things that intentionally cleanse your energetic field.

1) Step outside in the grass bare foot and let nature bring you back closer to center.

2) Practice deep breaths to reset your nervous system.

3) Set the intention of washing off what isn’t yours when you take a shower.

These things seem simple, but they are basic tools that you need to shift your frequency and move to higher ground.

Share this with the homies around you. And say when you do for an extra serving of gratitude.

This is an insert from my 2017 journal that still remains true today: I realized that we work so hard and give so much of our personal energy to the community that it was actually taking away from my personal aura.

Most of this year I’ve been in a state of celebration/groggy haze. I’ve found myself just trying to get through the day instead of trying to find magic in the day.
All of the above mentioned made me realize one of the most important lessons this year: when you are in-tune with the universe, growth comes naturally. It is only when you feel out of sync with the universe do you feel like you have to grow faster than you can or get bigger than you are.
You see, our work isn’t to try and be the biggest and the baddest. It’s not to try to speed up success. It’s not to try to keep up with others. It’s to grow. Naturally...

To my 2017 self: I needed this reminder.
