Krama is a community, part of a worldwide movement culture, a tribe. No two treatments are the same. Detox dates vary.

With our daily practice, we may strengthen with movement of the entire body, including the spine, the breath, & the mind. A place for individuals to detoxify body and mind from both toxins and personal stress. Giving individuals the tools needed to understand how to remain equanimous when thoughts and sensations arise. Done through practice of human movement, new movement, meditation, holistic health dance, and an open-mind to the ability to choose the life we want to live.
