"In June, I fell and broke my arm. My orthopedic surgeon Dr. Roeder recommended physical therapy. I had no experience with physical therapy and the idea of anyone moving my painful arm terrified me. Then I met Triza Genito, PT; she put me at ease immediately.

"She explained what she would be doing and how. She is awesome and what she does. She is skillful, professional, knowledgeable, gentle, super kind and helpful. If I had any questions or concerns, she always addressed them or made a point to find the answer for me. She made the process easy for me. She's a gem.

"I cannot say enough good things about all four therapists!" Lois Marklein said about Baxter Health Physical Therapy at the Bone and Joint Clinic.

"For one reason or another, I have gone for rehab six times in the last few years. I have been fortunate to have had some good therapists each time. This last time I had rehab for my left shoulder. I mostly saw Jessica Brown, PT, and Nathan Riley, PTA; however, I did work with Triza Genito, PT, and Joyce Yarborough, PT.

"This is the first time I can honestly say I looked forward to going to rehab. All four therapists were excellent to work with. They were all professional, yet very pleasant to be with. One could easily tell that they all genuinely care for their clients' welfare and recovery.

"They absolutely helped my shoulder to get much better. They gave me exercises to do at home to further the healing process. I cannot say enough good things about all four therapists. This was by far the best experience I have had when going to therapy.
