ARChoices in Homecare is a Medicaid waiver program that provides home and community-based services to eligible adults with physical disabilities and people aged 65 or older.

The ARChoices Waiver helps beneficiaries do everyday activities that they may no longer be able to do for themselves, like bathing, dressing, getting around their home, preparing meals, or doing household chores.
