✨Last year, I wrote in my notebook as a manifestation “I am a keynote speaker at a conference for women.”

This moment has manifested to next week!

In just one week, I'll be presenting my keynote speech at Lean In Latinas Take Charge conference in Mountain View, California! I’m thrilled to meet so many incredible Latina leaders.

I wasn’t sure which conference or when it would happen, but I’m so happy it’s at the Take Charge conference!

These moments spark questions like, will what I have to say matter?

But those fears, inner critical thoughts, and self-doubt are reminders that when we’re about to share something special with the world, fear will try to show up and taint it!

We’re not doing that!

Instead, I've been self-coaching through daily affirmations, practicing my speech with grace and confidence, and taking daily walks to ease my mind.

It's crucial to remember who we are in these moments and that our greater purpose is divine and bigger than our fears!

Let’s GOOooOO! 🙌🏽💃🏽

Each month I’ve been setting a few goals to grow my YouTube Channel & Coaching Business SoulyHer Community.

Last month, I set these goals:

1. Reach 10 new subscribers in my YouTube channel by June 1 ✅
2. Onboard 2 new coaching clients ❌
3. Deliver and post 3 episodes for my podcast Becoming SoulyYou ✅
4. Record 3 guest episodes ✅
5. Send email communication to SoulyHer email list every 2 weeks. ✅

So over the month of May I reached 4/5 goals. I am celebrating 🎉 these milestones!

This month I will be setting new goals for my podcast & business!

One goal I’ve already starting reaching is 20 new subscribers in YouTube! Thank you all for the shares and support ✨

I’m sharing the progress and process along the way, and you will notice I didn’t dwell on the goal I did not reach. This month I will strategize a better approach to get the outcome I want. I realized I set a goal without a specific outcome.

This month I’ve set a goal to onboard 1 client for personal growth coaching BUT I won’t focus on the “onboarding” I will pivot my approach- I will focus on sharing more about my coaching offerings & how I can help my future client set intention goals! This is why I’m sharing what I did last month ✨

I know what it takes to achieve goals, I’m living proof myself 🎉
