Due to the amount of last minute cancellations (not giving a 24 hour notice) and no shows that have been happening, we are going to have to start implementing a stronger cancellation/no show policy!
Please remember that this is how we make our income, feed our families and pay our bills. If you cancel last minute or no show, that is money we don’t make. We understand emergencies happen, we all get sick, your funds may be short, etc. We do have a cancellation list of people waiting to sn**ch your appointment if you need to give it up. If you need to cancel, this will give someone else the opportunity with ample time to receive a call to take that spot. This is why we ask for that 24 hour notice! But keep in mind, after so many last minute cancellations/no shows, we will have you prepay for your service at the time of booking your appointments.
Please be courteous and understanding of this new policy. We want to be here for a long time and continue to serve the community, but we need your cooperation and commitment to us just as much as we are dedicated to you!
