With Flu and cold cases on the rise, here are a few tips to keep yourself protected this season and ways we can decrease the spread of illness❄️🦠
1. Get plenty of rest and stay hydrated
2. Wash your hands thoroughly
3. Dress appropriately for the weather
4. If you are currently pregnant, you may refer to your OB packet given to you at your first appointment for recommended medications
5. If you have a fever or flu-like symptoms, report to your P*P or urgent care
6. Wear a mask if you have persistent cold symptoms post the flu
