Did you know that before an elf receives their shelf assignment, they must graduate from Santa's North Pole E.L.F. (Elf Learning Facility)? At the E.L.F. he teaches them all the latest observation and reporting techniques that they use to let him and Mrs. Claus know who's been extra good all year. We've had an inquisitive bunch in the latest class - lots of good questions!
