We had a great time at our Santa Sensory Stop yesterday. Guests were able to meet Santa at their own pace, without the crowds or lines that can be overwhelming.

🎄🎅 All Aboard! A Sensory-Friendly Santa Experience 🚂💨

We've put together a small Christmas event designed with your family in mind. We are limiting this event to just 12 families to ensure a stress-free, uncrowded atmosphere.

Santa Ron Bronson is ready to greet your family with patience, kindness, and a deep understanding of the special needs community. 🤍

While not required, feel free to wear Christmas pajamas as this is a Polar Express themed event. 🚂

✨ What Your Ticket Includes:

🕰️ 10-Minutes with Santa: No lines. No crowds. No rush. Just a peaceful, one-on-one visit.

📸 Take Your Own Photos: Snap as many pics as you like! Our conductors are happy to jump in and assist with family pictures, too.

🎫 Keepsake Golden Ticket: A special Polar Express-style ticket for your child upon arrival.

☕ Complimentary Hot Cocoa: We'll have a hot cocoa cart so you can warm up with a delicious cup of chocolatey goodness.

👐 Engaging Sensory Stations: Hands-on fun awaits at our Christmas-themed sensory tables.

🌈 The Sensory Room: Our mobile sensory trailer will be on-site! It’s the perfect spot to regulate, reset, or just have fun before or after your Santa visit.

ℹ️ Important Details

🎟️ One Ticket Per Family: You only need to purchase 1 ticket for your entire immediate family. (Remember, there are only 12 timeslots available!)

🕒 When to Arrive: The event runs from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Your ticket secures a specific 10-minute private visit with Santa. However, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the sensory stations, the sensory room, and hot cocoa anytime within the 2-hour window. Just be sure to be ready when your scheduled Santa slot arrives!

❄️ Weather & Transfer Policy: This is a mostly indoor event. If weather becomes a concern, we will make a cancellation decision ASAP. Tickets are non-refundable (proceeds support the venue and Santa's cookie addiction 🍪), but they are fully transferable to another family if your plans change.

At Mind The Gap, our mission has always been to help mind the gaps in our community — and this November, one of the biggest gaps we see is the loss of SNAP benefits.

Many of our neighbors will struggle to feed their families this month. While food banks do incredible work, they can’t fully replace a month’s worth of groceries or the dignity of choosing your own food.

That’s why we’re organizing a Grocery Gift Card Drive 🛒💳 — collecting cards to stores like Kroger, Aldi, and Trader Joe’s to give directly to local families impacted by the SNAP pause.

Rutherford County is full of generous hearts. If you’re able, please join us in supporting our neighbors. And if you need help replacing your SNAP benefits this month, please reach out using the contact info on our flyer.
