Life is busy! Between the holidays, kids, sports, work, etc. it is difficult to find a lot of time for yourself. Don’t let that stop you from taking care of you! Self care is what keeps us going and able to be the super hero of our own lives! Come in on your lunch break or when you can sneak off for a few minutes while the kids are busy so you can relieve some of life’s stress! I’m offering 20 minute express massages through January! ‼️Huge announcement‼️
Good morning to all of my amazing clients! First, I want to thank everyone for your continued support and loyalty! It seriously means so much to me and I truly care about every single client I am privileged to work on! I am so passionate about helping people feel their best and you guys have no idea how rewarding it is to have continuous support, build friendships, and see the same faces time and time again! So incredible!!! With all that being said, I wanted to let everyone know that I will be moving locations at the end of the year. I expect this to be a seamlessly easy transition and CANNOT WAIT to have you on my table in my new place! I will still be taking appointments at Shoals Family Chiropractic until December 31st. Again, I’m so grateful for all of you!!
