Today's warning about A.I.
It got me folks. I had been getting a reoccurring sponsored add, albeit something I do eventually want for Refocus Massage, to the point I clicked on it because I figured to connect some actual numbers to a business goal makes sense, so I started chirping commands at the chat bot, and as they honed in a design, I realized IT WAS A HUMAN.
AN ACTUAL human, with actual good intentions for me and my company.
It was a good reminder Not everything out here is a bot or a.i. and to be intentional with my speech! This was no bot, it was a different company that paid for the add space. A group of about 30 designers and production specialists etc based in Illinois. So thank you Signz America for your time! Like you said, hopefully talk to you very soon.

Its always a good feeling when my "deep tissue" clients book a "tranquility" massage. It means i'm doing my job and helping them manage their pain to a point that they come to just relax. Massage therapy works wondrts as a preventative measure, and with many things in life, consistency is key!

HAPPY SATURDAY!
"PIN AND STRETCH"
One of my favorite techniques to receive and apply during a deep tissue massage is called the "Pin and Stretch."- Holding pressure on a tight spot while smoothly moving the muscle through its range.
It break up adhesions ("knots") and lengthens tight muscles, so they can gain their power to contract and relax back.
It calms the nervous system, and reduces pain signals, so you feel less pain.
It releases endorphins, aka feels amazing.

Research shows that including this method within a massage treatment significantly reduces pain and improves mobility

I'm thrilled to announce that Refocus Massage has officially opened doors at my NEW office, located at Adelaide point!
This being my first brick and mortar... It's crazy feeling's...and so many things on the "to-do"list...
but ultimately I am just excited for this opportunity to share my craft with the people, here, in Muskegon.
