Want to work with one of the best crews in the business and learn valuable trade skills? Zervas Facility Maintenance is looking for a hard-working, dependable Floor Care Assistant to join our growing family-owned team.

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects including:

- Epoxy floor installations
- Routine commercial floor care
- VCT strip & wax / refinishing
- Wood floor refinishing
- Construction clean-up
- Window cleaning
- Other facility maintenance services

This is a great opportunity to learn specialized skills, grow with a company that cares about its team, and take pride in high-quality work.

Position Details
- Pay: $15–$20 per hour (based on experience)
- Full-Time, multiple shift work, scheduling 30+ days out
- Bi-weekly pay
- Opportunities to grow with our company
- Get your hands dirty, and a “just do it” attitude!

Requirements
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Must pass a background check
✔ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
