Zen (your way) is our newest offering—designed for those moments when your body needs less push and more presence.
You’ll experience:
🌿 40 minutes of gentle, intentional movement
🌿 Optional longer holds—because you know what your body needs
🌿 20 minutes of propped stillness + guided meditation
This is not about doing it “right.”

The Bend Wellness Center & Yoga Studio has two studio locations in Mustang, OK and Bethany, OK. We believe that yoga is for every body and we like to work with the whole person. From the moment you step into one of The Bend’s studios, you will feel welcomed, at home, and a sense of peace. We want to be your home away from home. Somewhere to rest, restore, build strength physically, mentally and emotionally. The Bend is where you can learn to believe in yourself, trust yourself, be inspired by yourself and love yourself.
