We’re so excited to share that Serene Pelvic Physical Therapy is officially partnering with The Bend Yoga Studio!

Beginning February 6, 2026, Alexis Barnes, PT, DPT, WCS, will be opening her pelvic physical therapy office right here inside The Bend.

This partnership allows us to expand our wellness offerings and deepen the support we provide our community—bringing together mindful movement, therapeutic care, and evidence-based pelvic health under one roof.

The Bend Wellness Center & Yoga Studio has two studio locations in Mustang, OK and Bethany, OK. We believe that yoga is for every body and we like to work with the whole person. From the moment you step into one of The Bend’s studios, you will feel welcomed, at home, and a sense of peace. We want to be your home away from home. Somewhere to rest, restore, build strength physically, mentally and emotionally. The Bend is where you can learn to believe in yourself, trust yourself, be inspired by yourself and love yourself. We can’t wait to meet you!
