🧃 Day 1 of my monthly juice fast! I had prayer and worship for breakfast, but now it’s time for lunch: cold-pressed juice. Here’s your reminder to do something to raise your vibration today!⚡️

🍏Green juice: cucumber, kale, spinach, green apple, lime, parsley, dill

🍇Purple juice: cherry, cranberry, carrot, strawberry, raspberry, mulberry, billberry

🍊Orange juice : passionfruit, pineapple, peach, banana, mango, apple pear, coconut water

P.S. If you can’t afford to buy or make cold-pressed juice, it’s OK to fast on coconut water! They sell it at Dollar Tree! I got a bunch of that too☺️🥥 That’s also where I got these super cute lemon drinking glasses! 🍋

P.S.S. For those who may not know, I live in an RV!
