Yโ€™all I am so happy, I finally made it into the gym today. It was a little tough. I started out with low weight then just worked up from there.
Hoping Iโ€™ll make it back tomorrow and keep this routine going.

I have to teach myself to wake up and use the WHOLE day because there are only a limited number of hours. But when Iโ€™m productive I always wish there were more hours in the day.

Just want to say donโ€™t forget to step out of your comfort zone! You might find something you actually like or are really good at. It helps expand your thoughts & feelings. It also keeps like a little interesting. Another piece of advice: Always have an open mind ๐Ÿง

Tried to do yoga the other day but as you can hear ๐Ÿ‘‚I wasnโ€™t zen. It was stressed, my coffee didnโ€™t kick in, and I really havenโ€™t been feeling good about my body.
Iโ€™ve had 3 people this week tell me I look like Iโ€™ve lost weight which is not what I want. I want to gain, gain muscle & glutes. Iโ€™m just having a hard time eating, just keeping up with meals and not skipping.
