Every day is a chance to get stronger, to eat better, to live healthier, and to be the best version of you. friends don't let friends skip legday🤜🤛 This is very simple. No need for a long explanation. Grab a workout partner and SAVE NOW FOR LATER. Choose each exercise and do 2 to 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps. If you're a beginner start with 2 sets each. If you're a pro do 4 sets each. This is free. So please share with your friends and comment.
