My goal is to encourage and help women & kids (my husband, Andy, coached the men's side through our over-arching coaching company, MADE) to be the strongest and most inspiring versions of themselves - mentally and physically. I do this through providing a positive and supportive environment where clients can learn the foundations and skills of mountain biking, can hone their intermediate-expert skills & increase their confidence while skiing, and to build a strong skill set to stand up paddle board on lakes and rivers - as well as create training & nutrition plans to get you out trail running and reaching your health and wellness goals. When I am guiding or teaching beginner and intermediate anglers, one of my goals is to help give them the skills they need to confidently go fishing alone if they want to — without a guide, husband or partner to tie their knots, pick their fly or read the river for them. This can unlock so much more freedom in their journey as an angler — and helps to give them the independence that they may need to enjoy fishing on their own schedule and their own terms.

On that note, Here’s a short, informative video on how to attach your fly line to your leader with a loop to loop knot. 🪢 This is a knot that I get asked how to do frequently when I’m guiding — and like all of your other knots, a great one to practice and master at home in the cozy comfort of your living room before trying to do it quickly river side.

Yesterday at Cowgirl Camp ✨🐎

An amazing riding workshop and trail ride led by Christina at — learning, fun and confidence-building on horseback. 💥

A western hat burning workshop led by — these ladies designed and created some beautiful hats!

Tasty snacks, warm coffee, virgin cocktails and a lil story sharing from + — We combined Cowgirl Charcuterie Empower Hour with our hat burning workshop because we worked up an appetite riding! It was the perfect combination!

Guiding + teaching fly fishing is a real cup filler for me. Great morning with these two rad ladies yesterday. They killed it — can’t wait to get out on the river with them again soon. Fall tributary fishing is firing. ⚡️🤘✨

Who’s snagging our last spot in our October 12th Cowgirl Camp?

This camp is beginner-friendly and the perfect opportunity to either get back on the horse after a hiatus or even learn to ride a horse for the first time. Christina from will lead the crew through a stellar riding workshop in the paddock that will get you the skills and confidence for our trail ride portion of the morning. Believe me, you’ll do great & are more than capable of this fun adventure.

After our riding portion, we’ll head inside for hat burning + decorating bar - we have some beautiful vegan suede hats made by for all of our guests to decorate and take home with them.

Cowgirl Charcuterie Empower Hour will end our day together — full of tasty food, fizzy drinks and inspirational stories.
