On January 28, 2026, the Connection Is the Cure mental health event is coming to Boise—and it’s free and open to the public.

This community-centered event will feature inspirational speakers, live music, and access to local mental health and community resources, all coming together with one shared purpose: reminding us that connection saves lives.

Events like this are vital. They create safe spaces for honest conversations, help end the stigma surrounding mental health, and show people they are not alone. When we show up, we support not only a cause—but each other.

At Halcyon Wellness, we believe healing happens through community, compassion, and connection. Supporting and attending events like this strengthens our collective mental health and helps normalize seeking support.
