CONVERSATION SHIFT -
What are
ALL
the things we can be doing right now,
today,
to nourish our whole WELL being?
How can we NOURISH our WELLNESS in every system designed within our ONE inextricably ~ beautiful ~ WISE BEYOND WISE ~ Body System?
🧐as in 👉 WE create Life Wisdom🧐
- THIS BODY OF OURS
If we were to protect our Nervous System above everything else - how would our immune response improve?
How would this one shift begin to nourish our children’s nervous system?
Think long and hard around the importance of this.
Our response to this time is shaping their ‘future response’ - aka:
inner chemical environment.
Stressing or Calming IT
♾ stress response prevents our bodies from healing
♾ stress response can stop labor in its tracks
♾ stress response accumulates inflammation
♾ stress response places a higher priority for our children to feel afraid of connection
How will they trust their body if we don’t trust our own?
