I love when communities invest in safety and education. 💙

I was recently interviewed by Ken Knutson from The Hinsdalean for their “Ask an Expert” feature, where we talked about personal safety, self-defense, and how everyone can take simple, proactive steps to protect themselves. What do you do with your kids when there is no school?

We are offering day off school programs for ages 4-18 this Winter, in partnership with Naperville Safety Town. Programs are fun, empowering, and provide age appropriate lessons on staying safe.

Monday, January 5th we have space available in our Youth Self Defense and Teen Self Defense programs.

Monday, January 19th we have space in our Teen Self Defense and Family Safety Workshops.

All programs are taught by our lead instructor, Lindsey Daehnke. She is a trauma informed instructor with more than 26 years of training experience.
