This is monumental news! ✨

The first time hearing this phrase my mind was blown. It helps me put things into perspective and calms me down. If someone is challenging, and you simply smile and say, “okay!”, just visualize yourself declining their invitation to argue. This is a way you can take autonomy back in a situation where you may be feeling trapped.

I think being around a complainer is sometimes the best motivation to check in with ourselves and make sure we are appropriately venting 😅😅😅
