On this Friday the 13th, we’re sharing some common IVF superstitions ✨

The journey can feel overwhelming at times, and many people find comfort in small traditions along the way. Over the years, the fertility community has shared little “good luck” rituals, especially around transfer day, that help bring a sense of hope during such an emotional process.

From post-transfer fries 🍟 to lucky socks, pomegranate juice, and eating pineapple🍍these small traditions have become part of the shared culture of the IVF community.

Sometimes the little rituals are what help carry us through the big moments. 💛

Here with a gentle reminder that your body deserves moments of pause, especially when you’re navigating the emotional and physical weight of the infertility journey. 💛

When we allow ourselves to rest, we’re doing more than recharging our energy. Short naps can help regulate stress hormones, support hormonal balance, and give your nervous system the reset it needs.

Give yourself permission to slow down today, even a 20–30 minute nap can help improve mood, reduce stress, and restore energy.

Be gentle with yourself and rest when you need it.
