Pretty good week this week! I made it back to spin class on Friday, walked three miles yesterday morning with and did some food prep yesterday afternoon, this was one of the things I made: sesame chicken. I’ll have it this week for lunch on my protein days.
I’m remembering the importance of self-care in the way of cooking nice meals for myself. It’s a little hard to be motivated to do this when it’s only me I’m cooking for. So last night I made myself steak and shrimp! I’m working on being more content by myself, in my current circumstances. No need to have someone else to cook for in order for me to enjoy what I’m eating! If Paul could find contentment in a jail cell certainly I can!!
