Day 34 of 365! Today’s exercise is simple but effective and can be done in different variations as I will be showing through throughout this journey.
make sure to only do this exercise using something that is sturdy and won’t move. Countertops are best for this.

Engage your abs, which basically is pushing that belly button towards that spine. Going to a push-up and then push away into a stand, opening your arms to T pushing back, squeezing the shoulder blades together. Repeat 10x Do 3 sets! 🙌🏼

Anyways, here’s a great modification, low impact exercise that can be done with a sturdy countertop or chair up against the wall.

Prep tip - To help keep berries fresh longer. 🫐🍓

- Soak them in water with 1 teaspoon of vinegar for only 1 minute.
- Drain and rinse with cold water.
- lay out on towel or paper towel, pat dry only. Let dry.
- When storing, place a paper towel on the bottom of each container.

- Strawberries need to be in a sealed tight glass container.
- Blueberries can actually go back into their original packaging, they need air.
- Raspberries and blackberries are very delicate, they do best in a flat container with air no lid or lid with holes. Make sure to keep an eye on these, take out any ones that are to soft or start to mold, make sure not to spread.

Love this one for the core, as it hits all the areas, front, side, and back. Have to make sure your abs are engaged, pushing that belly button towards that spine. This is always great for arms and shoulders!
