I personally forgot about this combo, and it is one of my favorites.

This one is a great floor workout or can be done on a bench at the gym.

Whether you’re on a bench or floor, make sure your abs are engaged and elbows close to the body, making sure they don’t flare out. Go to one exercise to another smoothly without jerking the joints. Slow and controlled.

This stretch is great for lower back pain, tight hips, hamstrings, and calves.

Hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds, slowly moving into the next stretch. Repeat on other side.
