Like many of you, my journey began with a deep desire to understand the meaning of life and how not to just fit in but to make a difference. Initially, this pursuit of self-discovery began with a curious approach towards conscious eating. I knew that I needed to learn more about nutrition to sustain optimal wellness as a vegetarian. As I continued to quench my desire to know more, a plethora of doors have opened since I took that first step over 30 years ago. That initial curiosity led me to where I am today. What started as a personal quest, evolved into a platform that seeks to inspire the lives of others through the holistic and metaphysical arts such as Energy Medicine, Nutrition, Meditation, and Astrology.
