STOP saying....
I'm so tired-wired-I'm so moody I don't like me-losing my hair that im going bald-stressed out ALL THE TIME-CaNt keep up with everyone around me-I'm a sleep by 7:30pm but up all night-and my favorite I can't lose weight?

You need to balance your cortisol. See the bodies designed to work with the body as a whole! If you are addressing ONE or TWO hormones you are NEvER going to improve YOU.
