As Thanksgiving week comes to a close, we’re proud to spotlight Kimberly Romine, mammography coordinator at affiliate Premier Women's Care of Southwest Florida in Cape Coral, Florida.

Kimberly began her career in medical administration with one goal in mind — to make a difference. She wanted every patient to be met with a friendly face or voice, no matter where they were in their medical journey. For the past 6+ years, she’s done exactly that at Onsite Women’s Health.

What she loves most about her role:
Helping others, providing fast and accurate data entry and ensuring patients receive their mammogram results quickly and confidently.

How Onsite has invested in her:
Onsite has helped Kimberly grow into a highly skilled mammography coordinator and deepen her understanding of women’s breast health. She calls her Onsite team “a blessing” and is proud of the career she’s built here.

What drives her:
Kimberly is committed to helping her community detect as many breast cancers as early as possible. Her dedication is personal — she lost her brother to pancreatic cancer in 2012. Her work is part of her fight to help spare other families from that kind of loss.

What she’s thankful for:
Her husband, Tyler, and her two boys, Ayden and Liam — and the health and happiness they share.

We are grateful for you, Kimberly. Thank you for the impact you — and our 600+ teammates — make on our patients, partners and teammates every single day.

At Onsite Women’s Health, innovation is core to how we elevate breast care for women nationwide.

In a recent conversation with the Nashville Business Journal, Onsite CEO Jillian Wright shared how emerging technologies — from AI-driven tools to new imaging approaches — are shaping a future that enhances accuracy, convenience and access for patients.

“As innovation accelerates in breast imaging, our responsibility is to assess new tools thoughtfully and adopt them only when they truly enhance care,” shares Jillian. “What is best for the patient will ultimately be best for the company.”

With more than 175 locations across 28 states by year-end, Onsite continues bringing advanced breast-imaging technology directly into OBGYN and primary care practices — ensuring women receive high-quality care in the most convenient and accessible setting.

Onsite Women’s Health is proud to employ veterans, military spouses and members of the military community.

On this Veterans Day – a day set aside to thank and honor all those who served honorably in the U.S. Armed Forces – we express our gratitude for the selfless sacrifice of our veterans, like Heather Azzarone, vice president of operations at Onsite. Heather proudly served in the U.S. Navy for five years as a Petty Officer Second Class and Data Processor, before transitioning to civilian life as a mammography technologist.

Heather’s time in the military taught her the power of discipline, teamwork and leadership — lessons she carries forward each day with her team. Promoted to a senior leadership role just three days into boot camp, she led 84 women through daily operations, challenges and milestones — an experience that shaped her belief that great achievements come from being a team player and that vulnerability is a strength, not a weakness.

Today, Heather continues her lifelong commitment to service through her work at Onsite. For more than three decades, she has devoted her career to mammography and fighting breast cancer. Heather’s journey with Onsite began more than 14 years ago as a mammography technologist, and today she oversees operations for 77+ partnered locations nationwide.

“I’ve always had a deeply rooted need to serve — whether that be my country or the patients of Onsite Women’s Health,” shares Heather. “Leadership is a privilege, and my greatest hope is to shape future leaders who lead with integrity, compassion, and grace.”

Thank you, Heather, for your service to our country and for your continued commitment to transforming lives through your leadership and advocacy at Onsite Women’s Health.

Onsite Women’s Health was proud to sponsor an inspiring evening with Tennessee Women in Medicine — bringing together female physicians across Middle Tennessee to explore the vital connection between women’s heart and breast health.

Thank you to Dr. Susan Holley, breast radiologist and clinical director at Onsite Women’s Health, and Dr. Nishtha Sareen, interventional cardiologist and medical director at Ascension Saint Thomas, for leading an engaging discussion on how collaboration between breast imaging and cardiology can transform preventive care for women. Throughout the evening, participants explored how breast arterial calcifications (BACs) — findings that can appear on routine mammograms — may serve as early indicators of cardiovascular risk, providing another meaningful opportunity to protect women’s health through early detection and innovation.

“Partnering with organizations like Tennessee Women in Medicine allows us to advance the conversation around early detection and preventive care," says Jillian Wright, chief executive officer at Onsite Women's Health. "When experts in breast imaging and cardiology come together, we have the opportunity to change the way women’s health is approached — ensuring that care is proactive, collaborative and truly comprehensive.”

We’re grateful to Tennessee Women in Medicine for creating spaces that empower and connect women in healthcare. Learn more and join their next event: https://lnkd.in/eq8JuM4Y.

“The experience I provide plays a major role in whether a patient feels comfortable returning for future mammograms.”

In honor of National Radiologic Technology Week, we’re shining a light on our teammates — like Caroline Fields — who are essential in the fight against breast cancer.

For Caroline, mammography is deeply personal. With breast cancer running in her family, she felt called to a profession where she could make a meaningful impact on early detection and women’s health. That passion led her to pursue a career in mammography, where she now provides compassionate, skilled care to her patients at affiliate OBGYN Partners of Augusta in Augusta, Georgia.

One of her favorite parts of the role is the relationships she builds with her patients — offering comfort, connection and reassurance during a moment that can often feel overwhelming. Caroline’s commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience is what makes her an invaluable part of the Onsite family.

Her colleagues feel the same. “Caroline is someone who shows up, steps up and goes above and beyond in everything she does,” shares Maria Jones, area manager with Onsite Women’s Health. “Her dedication makes her incredibly deserving of a moment in the spotlight.”

To Caroline — and all Onsite mammography technologists and care team members — we appreciate your passion for the mammography profession and your valuable role in women’s health. During National Radiologic Technology Week and beyond, we celebrate you and thank you.

“Mammograms are the gold standard for the detection of breast cancer –the earlier we detect it, the better the chances are of fighting it.”

October is the perfect time to remind everyone that early detection saves lives. Onsite affiliate The Group - Obstetrics & Gynecology Specialists, P.C. in Davenport, Iowa, is turning something many women put off into a fun, community-centered experience this month. By partnering with Onsite to offer in-office mammography services, The Group is making it easier — and more enjoyable — for women to prioritize their health. Every Friday in October, patients can walk in for their mammogram and enjoy lunch from a featured local food truck afterward. “By offering this service and increasing accessibility, women can just walk in to get their mammogram, or schedule it with their other appointments,” says Dr. Shirley Hinshaw, OBGYN with The Group.

⬇️ Watch as Dr. Hinshaw and Beth Carlson, certified nurse midwife with The Group, shed light on the importance of annual mammograms on Quad Cities Live.
