This 30-hour Yoga Alliance Continuing Education (YACEP) certified training is your chance to learn how to confidently teach Aerial Yoga Level 1, Aerial Strength, and Aerial Yin — or simply deepen your own aerial practice.

Led by Alex Guidi Zupancis and Anaise Bowen this training blends anatomy, rigging safety, and 200+ aerial yoga asanas into one transformative experience.
