IMPORTANT NOTICE:
For the safety of our patients and staff, and to assist in slowing the spread of COVID-19 we will be operating on a limited basis until further notice based on the advice of Federal, State, and Local Officials.
Beginning on Monday, March 23 the following will be in effect at our office:
• Office hours are limited at all locations, and we are moving to an appointment-only basis for urgent visits. If you have an appointment scheduled within the next 2 weeks please contact us regarding your appointment to discuss your appointment.
• Connectivity questions and minor questions or counseling may be possible via TeleHealth. We can discuss this during a phone call if you are having issues.
• Appointments for clean and checks will be rescheduled to a later date.
• Supplies will be available during office hours with curbside delivery. Please call ahead so that we can expedite your stop.
• All Vestibular and Balance testing is being cancelled due to the hands-on nature of these appointments.
We are making every effort to make sure that our patients and those with hearing healthcare needs can still receive service. If you still need to make a visit for urgent services, or if you need supplies, please call us at the office. We will continue to answer your calls and try to assist you as much as possible.
This is a difficult time for all. We will do our best to provide service to you as long as possible while following all guidelines recommended by the CDC, Federal, State, and Local officials. Meanwhile we ask that you continue to take all protective measures to ensure you, your family, and our communities are safe.
