This year has be one of unprecedented changes to our normal life. We have pivoted from a daily commute, gathering, laughter and much needed joy. Our health IS our WEALTH! Had a wonderful weekend in the great outdoors, fellowshipping with like minded individuals. Talking health I can do all day long but more importantly was listening to all the praise reports. We taught how to ferment vegetables for that gut health, even had taste test for all. Everyone was attentive.I even issued a 30 day water challenge. Definitely excited to hear feedback,
