Overwatch TN Security is seeking a Devices Assistant to join our team! This role supports the setup, transport, and maintenance of traffic control and security devices across multiple sites.

Position Details:

Full-time, 40 hours per week (must be flexible — schedule may vary Sunday through Saturday)

Starting pay: $20/hour

Work primarily based in Nashville, TN and surrounding areas but office location is in Humphreys Co.

Requirements:

Must have a clean driving record

Must be able to pull a trailer safely and confidently

Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lift and move equipment as needed

Previous experience with traffic control or field work a plus, but not required
