Construction of our 25 homes and a generous Common House on our one-acre plot were completed in July of 2015. Since then, we've enjoyed the gifts that community life brings us, along with the perks of living in the beauty of a centrally located historic neighborhood! One can walk to hip restaurants, pubs, cultural venues, parks, a major grocery, Nashville’s main farmers market, and downtown. We presently have a community ranging in age from 5 years old to 80 years old, including singles, couples and families. Our members work in education, research, architecture, law, real estate, software development, public relations, foreign service, health care, and engineering. Individual Homes

The Common House is located at the end of the courtyard: a beacon of the community. Its glass walls and wrap-around porch overlook a 100-year-old cottonwood tree, perfect for our children’s swing. Inside we have a spacious dining room, fully-equipped kitchen with a view into the children’s playroom, a cozy tv room, activity room, an office & workout room, two guest bedrooms, and a laundry room. Steps outside of our Common House, we grow edibles year round for community use in our raised garden beds.
