This is probably very different than any other breath work that you’ve done. It’s cathartic and transformative.

It can take you very deep, and helps you release trauma, meet your inner child, and receive clarity from deep within.

If life's pace has you yearning for more ease these days, you're in good company. There’s certainly a lot going on and sometimes we just need a break from it all!

We know it’s still early, but planning ahead for your post winter break is a good way to go - cheaper airline tickets for one, and also the knowledge that you’ll be coming out of the winter blues with a very special reset for your body and soul already lined up!

The body holds memory. All of the life we’ve lived - the joys, the pains, the alignments, the heartbreak. All that’s been buried is felt and carried in the body.

The first time we did Shamanic Breathwork, we didn’t know what we were holding until the tears came like waves. The body moved with unspoken knowing. It wasn’t just dramatic - it was sacred. A return to our Selves.

This practice isn’t about fixing. It’s about FEELING.

And in that feeling, something deep within gets set free.

The WeHo Wellness Fest is happening Saturday, June 14—and we’ll be offering a Shamanic Breathwork demo from 11:00–11:45am at YogaSoul Bhakti Center.

There will be all kinds of cool demos from other AMAZING local practitioners throughout the day too. It’s a relaxed, fun way to explore different healing modalities and connect with the neighborhood.
