Day 14 of the 30 Day Breath Reset with our friends ✨✨

This morning we practiced a breath series that starts of balancing and then ends with invigoration.

It’s short and sweet & left us feeling bright and calm.

A GREAT one to start your day off with or a mid-day "pick me up" kind of practice!

✨ Here is the breath flow ✨

1️⃣ Block the right nostril with the pointer finger of the right hand. Breathe in and out only through the left nostril. 1-3 minutes. Inhale and hold the breath for 5-10 seconds to finish.
2️⃣ Block the left nostril with the pointer finger of the left hand. Breathe in and out only through the right nostril. 1-3 minutes. Inhale and hold the breath for 5-10 seconds to finish.
3️⃣ Breath of Fire - accentuating the exhale by pulling in the navel point & then allowing the inhale to happen naturally at a medium to rapid pace. 3-5 minutes. Inhale and hold the breath for 20-60 seconds to finish.

If Breath of Fire is new to you, you can take it in 30 second chunks to practice. Focus on creating the rhythm of the breath from the movement of the navel point.

You can extend this practice with a couple of extra breaths, and we’ll share about that soon!

Day 5 of our 30 Day Breath Reset with our friends ✨✨

Here are a few breaths that felt deep and grounding as I breathed down into my belly.

I remember first learning deep belly breathing. It was like learning a new language.

I only had a shallow breath at the time. It was odd at first and then wonderfully freeing to breathe more DEEPLY.

It’s a beautiful thing to experience both the fullness and true emptiness of breath. Both are beautiful and powerful ⭐️

We’ll be talking about the 3 stages of a long, deep breath in the next few days. It’s simple and yet POTENT!
