👶Move a toy side to side and up and down in front of their face to let them stretch out their neck muscles

To ease the transition, consider these options:

1. Gradual Adjustment: Shift sleep and meal times 10 minutes earlier each day for a week before the time change.

2. Weekend Adjustment: Extend wake windows by 15 minutes over the weekend to help alter the sleep schedule without causing overtiredness.
