Most of these women thought this was just something they had to live with, apart of motherhood, aging, or working out harder.

It’s not. And you don’t have to push through it.

If you’ve been dealing with any of these, there are options.

Different ages. Different diagnoses. Same underlying patterns.

This week in clinic I saw pressure with lifting, knee pain in a young athlete, shoulder pain, pelvic pain, and urinary leakage.

What stood out most: it’s rarely “just the area that hurts.”

We looked at load tolerance, pressure management, coordination, and how the body is moving as a system—not in isolation.
If you’ve been told to just strengthen or just rest, this is your reminder: it’s usually more connected than that.

Save this if it made you think differently.

Just a little reminder for C-section moms...

Even if you didn’t deliver vaginally, your pelvic floor still did a lot of work during pregnancy—supporting your baby for months.

So if you’re noticing things like leaking, pressure, or core weakness, you’re not alone.

Your body still deserves time and the right kind of support as you get back to feeling strong.

If you want more details on what that support can look like, shoot me a message :)

If my tips or sessions have helped you feel stronger or more confident, I’d love if you left a quick review – it really helps other moms find support too!

Waking up multiple times a night to p*e? You’re not alone—and it’s not just “part of being a mom.”

Frequent nighttime bathroom trips (nocturia) can be linked to pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder habits, fluid timing, or even how your body is managing pressure throughout the day.

The good news: this is something that can often improve with the right approach—not just limiting water before bed.

If you’ve been dealing with this, your body might just need a little support or retraining.

Message me if you’d like more details!!

Did you know? Pelvic floor dysfunction can often stem from chronic ankle issues. Persistent ankle instability or dysfunction can throw off balance and change how your hips and pelvic floor function—leading to uncomfortable symptoms. Stability from the ground up matters.

If you’ve ever felt like your muscles just won’t relax no matter how much you stretch…

Sometimes they need a different kind of input.

Dry needling with e-stim is one way to help calm things down and get muscles working better again.

Would you try it?
