Sometimes historic preservation is forced to or fortunate enough to make lemonade out of lemons and that is such the case with our 2026 Adaptive Re-Use Historic Preservation Award Winner. While we lost “the red brick mansion” more than 25 years ago, we have been able to retain the 1970’s build (yes, the 70’s are worthy of historic preservation-and if you celebrate that decade, applause!)
