I so enjoyed teaching this class as I demonstrated more postures seated on the chair, due to about half of my students love the chair versions.

I feel like I'm almost like Peggy Cappy. She is a wonderful yoga teacher, who I see on PBS all the time. She has this uncanny ability to teach to everyone in the room. I want to be like her when I grow up! I still have a long way to go, as I'm always learning (and maybe re-learning) how to teach to many different people who come to the classes that I teach.

Hey everybody, I just uploaded a beginners back yoga class, where I do a bit of demonstration of the seated chair versions of the poses. I know some folks do the class either seated on the chair or couch, because they do not get down and up off the floor.
